1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the amoicuci online gaming platform ("Platform"), including the website at amoicuci.net, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, games, sportsbook, casino products, and any related services.

3.4 You agree to notify amoicuci immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our 24/7 support team.
3.5 amoicuci applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. As part of this process, you may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 All financial transactions on the amoicuci Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other participating banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost.
4.2 amoicuci does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, shared device, IP address, or payment method unless specifically stated otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
5.4 amoicuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already credited and in active wagering at the time of the change.
6.1 Game-specific rules apply to all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and sportsbook markets. These rules are made available within the relevant game or product interface and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or payouts and the correct mathematical value due to a technical error or manifest error, amoicuci reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings resulting from manifest errors will not be honoured.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without amoicuci's express prior written consent.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of amoicuci's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
10.1 The amoicuci Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While amoicuci makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access and accept no liability for technical failures, interruptions, or inaccuracies beyond our reasonable control.

11.3 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting amoicuci's 24/7 support team. Any remaining balance (net of bonus amounts not yet fully wagered) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
12.1 amoicuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by direct communication to your registered email address.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the applicable gaming authority or adjudication body under whose oversight amoicuci operates.
